I'm a Senior UX Designer with 8+ years of experience - currently at Mewurk, an all-in-one HRMS for Indian SMEs used by 100k+ employees across 100+ companies. Previously at FIGmd, designing US Healthcare SaaS products.

I hold a B.Tech from IIT Hyderabad and ranked in the top 20 nationally in the NID entrance exam. Early in my career I worked as a Technical Consultant building data models and dashboards in R and MySQL - a background that makes me unusually comfortable in engineer conversations and helps me translate between design intent and technical constraints.

I care about making complex systems feel simple, especially for users with no margin for confusion - from factory floor workers clocking in on a kiosk to HR managers navigating Indian payroll compliance.

Currently exploring UX Lead and Manager roles where I can shape design strategy, build systems, and grow a team.
